Pomona Gemstone Pebble Drop Earrings

Warm color, natural texture, and softly sculptural forms come together in the Pomona Gemstone Pebble Drop earrings. 

Each pair begins with a brass pebble, individually sawn, formed and textured by hand. From it hangs a small gathering of natural gemstones: a luminous champagne freshwater pearl, richly colored tourmaline and golden rutilated quartz, finished with delicate gold-filled details.

The stones were chosen for their natural variation rather than perfect uniformity, creating subtle differences in color, shape and inclusions from one earring to the next. 

Names Pomona, after the Roman goddess of fruit trees, orchards and abundance, for the earrings' warm, ripened palette and gathered mix of natural materials. 

At approximately 2 1/8" long, Pomona has enough presence to make a statement while remaining an easy, everyday-sized drop.

Part of the AUGUST collection, inspired by late summer at its most abundant: ripened color, golden light and the first subtle shift toward fall.
